Performance Management Skills Building Workshop - Day A
IMPORTANT: PLEASE ONLY REGISTER FOR (1) OF THESE "DAY A" SESSION DATES
This 2 session interactive workshop will focus on enhancing skills that are essential to performance management throughout the year. The workshop will be conducted over two, 90 minutes sessions - a Day 'A' and a Day 'B'.
Participants are expected to attend an 'A' and a 'B' session
Day A will focus on the Employee Input portion of the performance management process.
Topics covered on Day A will include:
• Crafting your Annual Review Input
• Presenting & Articulating your Input
• Developing Personal & Professional Goals
• Keeping the Conversation Alive throughout the year
The workshop will be highly interactive, fun, engaging, and will a provide participants with the opportunity to practice and build on these important skills.
Light refreshments will be served.
